Duties

-Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to create vibrant outdoor spaces.

-Lead and supervise crew members during daily projects, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met.

-Coordinate landscaping activities such as construction, irrigation installation, and garden bed preparation to enhance site aesthetics and functionality.

-Perform routine lawn care and horticultural duties to promote healthy plant growth and vibrant landscapes.

-Conduct tree care activities including pruning, planting, and health assessments to maintain safety and beauty.

-Maintain equipment, tools, and materials to ensure efficient operations and safety compliance.

-Support clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their landscaping needs with professionalism.

Experience

-Previous experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is highly preferred.

-Demonstrated supervising or leadership experience within a landscaping or construction environment.

-Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, irrigation systems, and general landscaping principles.

-Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects such as hardscaping or planting beds.

-Strong understanding of landscape maintenance routines including pest management and soil health.

-Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
